I placed my order 62 days ago and still haven’t received it. After several weeks with no shipping update, I reached out to customer service and was told that one item in my order was out of stock and holding up the entire shipment. This was frustrating, as I had to contact them to find this out… I would have appreciated a proactive update.

Rather than shipping the in-stock items first and sending the remaining item later, I was told my only options were to cancel the out-of-stock item or wait until everything could ship together. I was given a shipping date, and to their credit, the order did ship by that date (about a month after I originally placed the order).

Customer service was friendly and responsive once I reached out, but the lack of communication and flexibility around shipping was disappointing. The order was intended as a gift, and it still hasn’t arrived well past when I had hoped to give it. While I can’t speak to the quality of the items themselves, the long delays and overall shipping process have been a letdown.
